Information on the radiation situation on the territory of the Republic of Belarus on October 13 - 20, 2022
According to the Republican Center for Hydrometeorology, Control of Radioactive Contamination and Environmental Monitoring, the radiation situation in the republic remains unchanged.
As of October 20, 2022, the gamma radiation dose rate levels in Minsk, Brest, Vitebsk and Grodno are 0.10 mSv/hour (10 mSv/hour), in Mogilev and Gomel – 0.11 mSv/hour (11 mSv/hour), which corresponds to the established long-term values.
Higher levels of gamma radiation dose rates are maintained at permanent control points located in areas of increased radioactive contamination: Bragin – 0.43 mSv/hour (43 mSv/hour), Slavgorod – 0.18 mSv/hour (18 mSv/hour).
