Information on the radiation situation on the territory of the Republic of Belarus on 28 October, 2024

 
According to the Republican Center for Hydrometeorology, Control of Radioactive Contamination and Environmental Monitoring the radiation situation in the republic remains stable, unchanged.
As of October 28, 2024, gamma radiation dose rates in Minsk, Brest, Vitebsk and Grodno are 0.10 mSv/h, in Gomel are 0.12 mSv/h and in Mogilev are 0.13 mSv/h which correspond to established long-term values.
Higher levels of gamma radiation dose rates are maintained at permanent control points located in areas of increased radioactive contamination: Bragin are 0.46 mSv/h, Slavgorod are 0.18 mSv/h.
