Information on the radiation situation on the territory of the Republic of Belarus on 19 November, 2024
According to the Republican Center for Hydrometeorology, Control of Radioactive Contamination and Environmental Monitoring the radiation situation in the republic remains stable, unchanged.
As of November 19, 2024, the dose rate levels of gamma radiation in Brest, Vitebsk, Grodno and Minsk are 0.10 mSv/h, in Gomel are 0.11 mSv/h, in Mogilev are 0.12 mSv/h which correspond to established long-term values.
Higher levels of gamma radiation dose rates are maintained at permanent control points located in areas of increased radioactive contamination: Bragin are 0.45 mSv/h, Slavgorod are 0.18 mSv/h.
