Information on the radiation situation on the territory of the Republic of Belarus (from 22 to 29 May, 2025)
According to the Republican Center for Hydrometeorology, Control of Radioactive Contamination and Environmental Monitoring, the radiation situation in the republic remains unchanged from May 22 to May 29, 2025.
The dose rate levels of gamma radiation in Minsk, Brest, Vitebsk and Grodno are 0.10 µSv/h, in Gomel are 0.11 µSv/h, in Mogilev are 0.12 µSv/h which correspond to the established long-term values.
Higher levels of gamma radiation dose rates are maintained at permanent control points located in areas of increased radioactive contamination: in Bragin are 0.48 µSv/h, in Slavgorod are 0.18 µSv/h.
