Scientific conference «Monitoring environment state for sustainable development. National system of environment monitoring in Belarus.25 years» was held on October 30-31, in Minsk.
Deputy chairman Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus national coordinator for achieving sustainable development Marianna Shetkina took part in this conference as well as Iya Malkina, the Deputy Minister of Education, representatives of MES and representatives of public administration, science, high school.
Four sections worked in the conference: «Atmosphere air and ozone layer monitoring, air pollution problems, health effects», «Environment monitoring in transboundary context international cooperation in a sphere of environment monitoring», секция «Monitoring of biodiversity and soils» and «Training on environment monitoring, modern technologies, information resources, observation methods, information collection and analyzing, received in a result of environment monitoring».
