Overview of hydrological situation of September 26, 2022
In the past period (September 21-25), the country's rivers were mainly marked by an increase in water levels, as a result of which conditions for river transport improved on the Berezina near Svetlogorsk.
Currently, on the Dnieper, Sozh, Pripyat, the Zapadnaya Dvina near Surazh and the Ulla – Polotsk section, the Neman on the Belitsa – Mosty section and the Berezina near Svetlogorsk, there is an increase in water levels with a daily intensity of 1-5 cm, on the rest of the above-mentioned rivers, as well as on Vilia, there is a decrease in water levels and an even move.
Unfavorable conditions for river transport remain on the Zapadnaya Dvina near Vitebsk, the Neman near Grodno, the Dnieper near Mogilev, Zhlobin, Rechitsa and Loev, Berezina near Bobruisk, Sozh near Krichev, Slavgorod and Gomel.
The water temperature is 8.2-14°C in rivers, 11-15°C in reservoirs.
In the next five days, an increase in water levels will be observed on most rivers, as a result of which conditions for river transport will improve on the Sozh near the town of Krichev.
