In the past day, on the Sozh tributary of the Pronya River near the village Letyagy the water level dropped below a dangerously high level.
As of March 13, a decrease in water levels remains almost everywhere on rivers with an intensity of up to 74 cm per day in the basins of the Western Dvina, the Dnieper and the Sozh, and up to 9 cm per day in the basins of the Neman, the Vilia, the Berezina and the Pripyat. The growth of water levels continues in the lower flow of the Dnieper with an intensity of 1-9 cm per day.
Water levels exceed dangerously high levels on the Sozh near Gomel, the Pripyat near Chernichi village, Petrikov, its tributaries the Ptich River near Persha Slobodka village, Sluch near agrotown Lenin and on the tributary of the Neman river Shchara near the town of Slonim.

Freeze-up with polynyas and rims is still preserved on the Western Dvina near the town of Surazh. On the reservoirs of Chigirinskoye, Vileyskoye, lakes Naroch, Lukomskoye and Drivyaty, ice formation with polynyas and rims is observed, the ice melts in place.
