As of June 4, an increase in water levels with a daily intensity of up to 18 cm is observed on the Neman, the Berezina, the Pripyat, some of their tributaries, as well as on the Vilia at the Vileika-Mikhalishki section, the Dnieper at the Rechitsa-Loev section, the Western Dvina near Surazh and the Sozh near Gomel. At the rest of the above mentioned rivers there is a decrease in water levels with intensity up to 24 cm per day.
On the Vilya near Steshitsy and Berezina tributary Svisloch near the village of Terebuty, water levels are above the floodplain outlet mark.
On the Neman near Grodno, the Dnieper near Mogilev and the Sozh near Krichev unfavorable conditions for river transport are observed.
The water temperature ranges from 13°C to 21°C in rivers and from 15°C to 19°C in reservoirs.
In the coming days, the growth of water levels will continue on most rivers, while the water temperature will rise.
