Overview of hydrological situation of June 10, 2026
Recent rains have currently caused a rise in water levels on most rivers of the Western Dvina, Neman, Viliya, Berezina and Pripyat basins, as well as on the tributaries of the Dnieper and Sozh, with the intensity of increase ranging from 1 to 36 cm per day. A decrease in water levels with a daily intensity of 1–5 cm is observed on the Dnieper and Sozh rivers.
On the Sushanka River (a tributary of the Berezina) near the village of Susha, and on the Sluch River (a tributary of the Pripyat) near the village of Klepchany, water levels exceed the floodplain inundation thresholds.
On the Neman River near Grodno, the Dnieper River near Mogilev, and the Sozh River near Krichev, Slavgorod and Gomel, water levels are below the navigation-limiting marks.
Water temperatures range from 14°C to 22°C in rivers and from 17°C to 20°C in reservoirs.
By the end of the current week, rising water levels will persist on most rivers due to forecasted precipitation, locally heavy.
