Overview of hydrological situation of August 26, 2024
In the past period (August 21-25), an increase in water levels prevailed on the rivers as a result of which on the Vilia near agrotown Steshitsy the water level exceeded the water outlet mark on the floodplain.
As of August 26, fluctuations in water levels with a daily intensity of 1-15 cm are noted on the rivers.
Unfavorable conditions for the operation of river transport are observed in the navigable sections of the Neman, the Dnieper, the Sozh and the Berezina.
The water levels exceed the water outlet marks on the floodplain on the tributary of the Neman river Ros at the village Studenets, at the Vilia the agrotown Steshitsy and the Berezina tributary of the Bobr River near the village of Kuta.
The water temperature ranges in rivers from 16°C to 25°C, in reservoirs from 21°C to 22°C.
In the coming days the rivers will experience a decrease in water levels.
