Overview of agrometeorological situation of September 14, 2021
At the end of the first decade of September in most regions of Belarus the reserves of productive moisture in the arable layer are good under winter rapeseed, winter grain crops, as well as in the fields intended for winter sowing. In some places in the southern part and in the west of the country moisture reserves in the arable horizon have decreased to satisfactory. Sufficient moisture and warm weather promote sowing of winter cereals, emergence of seedlings and further development of winter crops.
In the second decade of September sufficient moisture reserves in the soil will remain in most of the country. In the coming days weather conditions will mainly facilitate harvesting operations.
