Overview of agrometeorological situation of May 25, 2021
After intense May rains in most of the territory of Vitebsk, in a number of areas in the western part and in the eastern region of the republic, the topsoil is waterlogged. In the rest of the territory of Belarus, according to the latest data of visual observations, a moderately moist state of the upper soil layer is noted. The conditions for completing the sowing of corn, buckwheat, millet and other late crops are better.
Due to the prevailing weather conditions, the development of agricultural crops is lagging behind last year's terms.
In the near future, agrometeorological conditions on the territory of the republic will not change significantly.
