Overview of agrometeorological situation of July 9, 2024
According to observations, grain maturation is underway in the main arrays of winter cereals and in a significant part of the country's territory for spring barley – waxy ripeness is observed, in some areas in the south of the republic full ripeness is noted. Grain loading continues mainly in spring wheat and other grain crops mainly in the northeastern half of the country.
In the near future, the increased temperature regime will contribute to the maturation of grain crops. The expected short-term rains at the end of the week may make harvesting difficult in some places.
