Unusual warm weather does not allow winter crops to find a state of deep physiological rest, during the warmest periods during the daytime there is a weak vegetation. There is no snow cover in fields with winter crops. According to the latest data, the soil is thawed, only some weather stations note a slight freezing of the upper layer. No significant changes in the agrometeorological situation are expected in the third decade of January. Low temperatures, which pose a danger to wintering crops, are not predicted.
