Overview of agrometeorological situation of December 3, 2024
The agrometeorological conditions for the start of winterization of winter crops are developing satisfactorily. Due to the shortage of precipitation observed this autumn, moisture reserves in the soil at the end of the season turned out to be mostly less than the average long-term. The soil temperature at the depth of the tillering node of winter crops is close to 0°C and is slightly positive. Insignificant snow cover in the fields is observed only in the extreme eastern regions of the country, the soil remains thawed.
