Overview of agrometeorological situation of December 2, 2022
Agrometeorological conditions for the start of overwintering of agricultural crops are not the best. After previous snowfalls, the fields were covered with snow and the soil was mostly thawed. With sufficiently high snow cover and the absence of freezing, the soil temperature at the depth of the node of the winter bush is close to 0°C and slightly positive. Such an agrometeorological situation leads to an increase in the consumption of nutrients accumulated by plants, which can subsequently lead to a weakening of the crop. In the near future, wintering of crops will take place in conditions of unstable weather.
