Overview of agrometeorological situation of December 16, 2025
Unusually warm weather does not allow winter crops to find a state of winter dormancy. According to the latest observation data, there is no snow cover in most of the republic. The soil is mostly thawed, and slight soil freezing is observed mainly in the north and east of the republic.
The short-term cold snap observed at the end of last week did not pose a threat to winter crops.
In the near future, due to the continued warm weather for this period, the agrometeorological situation will not change significantly.
