Information on exceedances of standards for ambient air quality (31 December to 8 January 2019)
State institution "Republican center for hydrometeorology, control of radioactive contamination and environmental monitoring" informs about the excess of quality standards for pollutants in the atmospheric air of the cities of the republic for the period from 31 December to 8 January 2019.
In the air of Zhlobin (Prigorodnaya street) average daily concentration of PP-2,5 exceeded air quality standards by 1,2 MPC on January 3. The south, south-west wind of 1-2 m/s prevailed, weft, air temperature ranged from -2,2°С to +4,7°С, relative humidity ranged from 54% to 91%. In the area average daily concentration of PP-2,5 exceeded air quality standards by 1,25 MPC on January 8. The south, south-west air of 1-3 m/s prevailed, weft, air temperature ranged from 65% to 94%.
In the air of Novopolotsk (Molodezhnaya 135) maximum one-time concentration of particulate pollutants (non-determined in composition silt/aerosol) was 1,2 MPC on January 8 at 7:00. The south-west air prevailed of 3 m/s prevailed, air temperature was +0,8°С, relative humidity was 87%.
