Overview of hydrological situation of May 05, 2020
As at May 5 increase of water levels with daily intensity of 1-8 cm is observed on the Zapadnaya Dvina near Surazh, on the Neman near Stolbtsy, on the Viliya near Mikhalishki, on the Dnieper on the section Zhlobin-Rechitsa, on the Berezina near Berezino and Svetlogorsk, on the Sozh on the section Krichev-Slavgorog, on the Pripyat near Pinsk, and also on most of their tributaries. On the rest extend of mentioned above rivers there is decrease of water levels with daily intensity of 1-16 cm and its smooth course.
Unfavorable conditions for the work of river transport are observed on the on the Neman near Grodno, on the Dnieper near Mogilev and Love, on the Berezina near Bobruisk, on the Sozh near Krichev, Slavgorod and Gomel.
Water temperatures in rivers and reservoirs increased and ranges from 8,0°С to 16°С.
In the coming days increase of water levels will continue, water temperatures will not change significantly.
