Information on the radiation situation on the territory of the Republic of Belarus on June 26, 2026

According to the Republican Center for Hydrometeorology, Control of Radioactive Contamination, and Environmental Monitoring, the radiation situation in the country remains stable.
The gamma radiation dose rate levels in Brest, Vitebsk, Grodno, Minsk are 0.10 µSv/h, in Mogilev are 0.11 µSv/h, in Gomel are 0.12 µSv/h, which correspond to natural background radiation values.
At radiation monitoring observation points located in the towns of Bragin and Slavgorod, the gamma radiation dose rate levels are 0.48 µSv/h and 0.19 µSv/h, respectively, which correspond to the long-term established values and are attributable to the consequences of the Chernobyl NPP accident.
