Information on the radiation situation on the territory of the Republic of Belarus on 23 September, 2024
According to the Republican Center for Hydrometeorology, Control of Radioactive Contamination and Environmental Monitoring the radiation situation in the republic remains stable, unchanged.
As of September 23, 2024, the dose rate levels of gamma radiation in Minsk, Brest and Grodno are 0.10 mSv/h, in Mogilev, Vitebsk and Gomel are 0.11 mSv/h which corresponds to established long-term values.
Higher levels of gamma radiation dose rates are maintained at permanent control points located in areas of increased radioactive contamination: Bragin – 0.52 mSv/h, Slavgorod – 0.19 mSv/h.
