Information on the radiation situation on the territory of the Republic of Belarus on 23 December, 2024

According to the Republican Center for Hydrometeorology, Radioactive Contamination Control and Environmental Monitoring, the radiation situation in the republic remains stable and unchanged.
As of December 23, 2024, the dose rate levels of gamma radiation in Brest, Vitebsk, Grodno, Gomel and Minsk are 0.10 µSv/h, in Mogilev are 0.12 µSv/h which correspond to the established long-term values.
Higher levels of gamma radiation dose rates are maintained at permanent control points located in areas of increased radioactive contamination: Bragin are 0.41 µSv/h, Slavgorod are 0.18 µSv/h.
