Information on the radiation situation on the territory of the Republic of Belarus (from September 10 to September 17, 2026)

According to the data of the Republican Center for Hydrometeorology, Radioactive Contamination Control and Environmental Monitoring, during the period from September 10 to September 17, 2026, the radiation situation in the republic remains stable.
The gamma radiation dose rate levels in Brest, Vitebsk, Grodno, Minsk are 0.10 µSv/h, in Gomel are 0.11 µSv/h, in Mogilev are 0.12 µSv/h, which corresponds to natural background radiation values.
At the radiation monitoring observation points located in the cities of Bragin and Slavgorod, the gamma radiation dose rate levels are 0.47 µSv/h and 0.18 µSv/h, which corresponds to the established long-term values and is due to the consequences of the Chernobyl NPP accident.
