The state institution "Republican Center for Hydrometeorology, Control of Radioactive Contamination and Environmental Monitoring" informs about the exceedances of the MPC standards for pollutants in the atmospheric air of the cities of the republic for the period from November 14 to November 20, 2024.

In the air of Zhlobin in the area of Prigorodnaya street,12 on November 14, 2024, the average daily concentration of solid particles, fractions up to 2.5 microns in size was 1.34 MPC (calm prevailed, gusts up to 8 m/s, air temperature ranged from -0.7°C to +3.7°C, relative humidity – from 73% up to 93%).

In the air of Pinsk in the area of Zavalnaya street, 39 on November 14, 2024 at 13:00, the concentration of nitrogen dioxide was 1.02 MPC (a northwesterly wind with a speed of 2 m/s was observed, the air temperature was -0.4°C, relative humidity - 92%).

Due to the maintenance work carried out by the manufacturer of gas analyzers with a set of sensor devices until 02.12.2024, the exceedances in the towns of Bereza, Dobrush, Smorgon and Molodechno will not be taken into account.
