Zero Accident Week will be held at Belhydromet from October 5 to 9

From October 5 to 9, 2026, Zero Accident Week will be held at Belhydromet — a set of measures aimed at improving occupational safety, preventing workplace injuries, and strengthening the occupational safety culture within the team:

- information about the Week, as well as visual and illustrative materials on safe methods and techniques of work, will be posted on the Belhydromet website, the information stand, and in occupational safety corners;

- with the participation of public occupational safety inspectors, monitoring will be carried out to ensure that employees comply with occupational safety legislation at workplaces. Inspections are planned to verify that equipment and production processes meet occupational safety requirements, as well as to monitor the conduct of all types of briefings and the keeping of their registration logs in structural subdivisions;

- among the measures are checking the provision of employees with personal protective equipment, washing and neutralizing agents, checking the condition of sanitary and household premises, as well as checking the availability and completeness of first aid kits with monitoring of the expiration dates of medications;

- employees will be informed about the state of working conditions and occupational safety at workplaces, existing risks of health damage, the personal protective equipment they are entitled to, and compensation for work under harmful and (or) hazardous working conditions.

Occupational Safety Day will be held on October 5 — the first day of the Week. And on October 8, instructor-methodological sessions will be held with heads of structural subdivisions on the procedure for conducting occupational safety briefings, internships, and monitoring of working conditions at workplaces.

Constant monitoring of compliance with the requirements of Directive No. 1 — regarding production and technological discipline, local normative legal acts on occupational safety and fire safety, and the prevention of workplace injury cases — will be carried out throughout the entire Week and thereafter.

Safety in the workplace is a shared concern. Zero Accident Week is not just formal compliance with requirements, but a conscious step toward creating a sustainable safety culture, where every Belhydromet employee feels protected and confident in the future.
