Today, on July 2, on the eve of Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus (Republic Day), a flower-laying ceremony was held at the Victory Monument with the participation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus, Maxim Lysenko.
The delegation included representatives of Belhydromet, led by First Deputy Head Tatsiana Chаtyrka.

Together with their colleagues from the environmental sector, they honored the memory of the fallen heroes, paying tribute to those who, at the cost of incredible efforts and their own lives, defended the freedom and independence of our Motherland.

On this significant day, environmental sector workers bow their heads before the courage of the victorious generation. Their immortal feat is not merely a page of history but an eternal guiding light for all of us – an example of selflessness, fortitude, and devoted love for the Fatherland. Its memory is carefully preserved in the hearts of descendants and serves as a moral foundation for new generations, inspiring them to diligent work and service to their country.
