Overview of hydrological situation of September 10, 2025

During the past period (September 6-9), a decrease in water levels was observed on the rivers, as a result of which, on the tributary of the Neman river, the Ross river near Studenets water level dropped below the water outlet mark on the floodplain.
As of 10 September, there is a small (1-4 cm per day) drop in water levels on the country’s rivers.
Unfavorable conditions for river transport are observed on the Western Dvina near Vitebsk, the Neman near Grodno, the Dnieper near Mogilev, Zhlobin, Rechitsa, Loev, the Berezina near Bobruisk, Svetlogorsk, the Sozh near Krichev, Slavgorod and Gomel.
The water temperature ranges from 13°C to 21°C in rivers and from 18°C to 20°C in reservoirs. 
In the coming days, there will be mainly a decrease in water levels on the rivers.
