The agrometeorological conditions for wintering crops are developing satisfactorily. Snow cover protects winter crops from low temperatures. In most parts of the country, there is a slight freezing of the soil, in some places the soil is thawed. Only in some areas of the southwestern half of the republic, the soil has frozen to a depth of more than 20 cm.
