Information on the radiation situation on the territory of the Republic of Belarus from November 24 to December 1, 2022

According to the Republican Center for Hydrometeorology, Control of Radioactive Contamination and Environmental Monitoring, from November 24 to December 1, 2022 the radiation situation in the republic remains unchanged.

The dose rate levels of gamma radiation in Minsk, Brest, Vitebsk and Grodno are 0.10 μSv/hour/hour (10 μSv/hour/hour), in Gomel and Mogilev - 0.11 μSv/hour /hour (11 mSv/ hour), which corresponds to the established long–term values.

Higher levels of gamma radiation dose rates are maintained at permanent monitoring points located in areas of increased radioactive contamination: Bragin – 0.40 μSv/hour/hour (40 μR/hour/hour), Slavgorod – 0.18 μSv/hour/hour (18 μR/hour).
