Information on exceedances of standards for ambient air quality (from 19th to 25th of January, 2023)

 
 The state institution "Republican Center for Hydrometeorology, Control of Radioactive Contamination and Environmental Monitoring" informs about the exceedances of the MPC standards for pollutants in the atmospheric air of the cities of the republic for the period from January 19 to January 25, 2023.

In the air of Mogilev in the area of house No. 10 on Pervomaiskaya Street on January 20, 2023, the average daily concentration of nitrogen dioxide exceeded the MPC standard by 1.31 times (south, south-east, west, north-west wind with a speed of 1-4 m/s, haze, drizzle, fog, rain, air temperature ranged from +3.9°C to +7.5° C; relative humidity – from 91% to 98%).
In the air of Novopolotsk in the area of the administrative building on Molodezhnaya Street, 49, building 1 on January 24, 2023, the average daily concentration of solid particles, fractions up to 10 microns in size was 1.69 MPC (west, south-west wind prevailed at a speed of 1-3 m/s, the air temperature ranged from -3.4°C up to -1.4°C, relative humidity – from 78% to 92%).
