Overview of hydrological situation of September 15, 2021
As of September 15, a decrease (1-4 cm per day) of water levels and their even course are observed on rivers almost everywhere. On the tributary of the Western Bug, the Lesnaya River near the town of Kamenets, the water level is 7 cm higher than the mark of water outlet to the floodplain.
Unfavorable conditions for the operation of river transport are noted on the Western Dvina near Vitebsk, the Neman near Grodno, the Dnieper near Mogilev, Zhlobin, Rechitsa and Loev, the Berezina near Bobruisk and Svetlogorsk, the Sozh near the city of Krichev, Slavgorod and Gomel.
The water temperature in rivers is 9.0-18°C, and 14-18°C in water bodies.
In the next days the above level regime of the rivers will remain. By the end of the week precipitation will cause an increase in water levels in some parts of the rivers.
