Overview of hydrological situation of June 30, 2022

At present, water levels are rising in most rivers of the Viliya and Sozh basins, and in some sections of the rivers of the Zapadnaya Dvina, Dnieper, and Berezina basins. In the basins of the Neman, Zapadny Bug and Pripyat rivers, a decrease in water levels is mainly observed.
On Viliya at ag. Steshitsa water is located on the floodplain.
On the Neman near the city of Grodno and the Dnieper near the city of Mogilev, there are unfavorable conditions for the operation of river transport.
The water temperature has risen and is 17-27°C in rivers and 23-26°C in water bodies.
Until the end of this week, small fluctuations in water levels will be noted on the rivers.
In June, the water content of the Neman, Viliya, Dnieper and Berezina was normal and slightly more than it, the Sozh was 40-90% more than usual for this time of year, and the water content of the Zapandaya Dvina and Pripyat was less than the norm by
20-40%.
The value of the minimum water level in the current month in the Goryn river near the village of Malye Vikorovichi (a tributary of the Pripyat) turned out to be lower than the minimum for this time of the year.
