Overview of hydrological situation of July 29, 2022

In the past period (July 26-28), fluctuations in water levels with a tendency to decrease were noted on the rivers of the country, conditions for river transport deteriorated on the Sozh near Krichev and Slavgorod. 
As of July 29, there is a decrease in water levels with an intensity of 1-13 cm per day on the rivers of the country, only on the Zapadnaya Dvina on the Ulla – Polotsk and Pripyat section near Pinsk (Lyubansky m.) there is a slight (1-2 cm per day) increase in water levels. On the Dnieper river near Rechitsa, the water level dropped below the level limiting navigation.
Unfavorable conditions for the operation of river transport are observed on the Western Dvina near Vitebsk, the Neman near Grodno, the Dnieper near Mogilev, Zhlobin and Rechitsa, Berezina near Bobruisk, Sozh near Krichev and Slavgorod. 
Water levels exceed the water outlet marks on the floodplain on the tributary of the Neman river Ross at the village Studenets and a tributary of the Zapadny Bug to the Lesnaya river near the town of Kamenets. 
The water temperature is 14-23 °C in rivers, 19-22 °C in reservoirs.
There will be no significant changes in the level and thermal regimes of the rivers in the coming days.
