This complicates its processing for sowing winter cereals, is unfavorable for sowing and germination of seeds of winter rape, intermediate crops. Good moistening of the upper 10-centimeter soil layer is observed only in places in the western half of the country. In the coming week, in most regions of the republic, the continuing shortage of precipitation and high temperatures will lead to further desiccation of the soil.
