Overview of hydrological situation of November 15, 2019
As at November 15 on majority of rivers there is increase of water levels with the intensity 1-8 сm per day. Decrease of water levels with the intensity 1-11 cm per day is observed on the Zapadnaya Dvina on site Vitebsk - Polotsk, the Neman near Grodno and the Sozhe near Krichev, as well as on some of their affluents.
Water level exceeds the mark of water discharge on the flood land on the Viliya near Steshitsy village.
Unfavorable conditions for river transport remain on the Neman near Grodno, the Dnieper near Mogilev, Zhlobin, Loyev and Rechitsa, the Sozh near Krichev, Gomel and Slavgorod.
Water temperature ranges from 3,5 to 9,5°С in the rivers and water bodies.
In the coming days small fluctuations in water levels will be observed .
