Overview of hydrological situation of June 20, 2019
As at June 20, decrease of water levels with the intensity 1-20 cm per day is observed on the rivers, small (1-8 cm per day) increase of water levels is observed on the lower course of the Neman and the Pripyat, on the upper course of the Viliya, certain affluents of the Berezina and the Zapadnyi Bug. Water is still on the flood land on the Pripyat near Chernichi village, on the Styr near Lopatino village and the Stviga near Korotichi village.
Unfavorable conditions for river transport are observed on the fairway sections of the Zapadnaya Dvina, the Neman, the Dnieper, the Berezina and the Sozh.
Water temperature ranges from 17°С to 27°С in the rivers and water bodies.
Decrease of water levels will prevail on the rivers till the end of this week consequently water level will be below the mark of water discharge on the flood land on the Stviga (affluent of the Pripyat) near Korotichi village.
