Overview of hydrological situation of April 19, 2019
As at April 19, decrease of water levels with the intensity 1-17 cm per day is observed on most of the rivers of Belarus. Small (1-6 cm per day) increase of water levels is observed on the Zapadnaya Dvina near Ulla village, the Neman near Grodno and on the Mukhavets (affluent of the Zapadnyi Bug) near Brest.
Water levels are below the marks that limit shipping on the Neman near Grodno and on the Sozh near Slavgorod.
Water temperature increased on the rivers and water bodies and now it is 4,8-11°С.
In the coming days, decrease of water levels will be observed on the rivers with the result that water level will be below the mark at which troubles with river transport appear on the Sozh near Krichev.
